“The customer service at Brookfield is really good. However, I moved into a brand new house that was treated with zero respect by the construction team. I had paint all over my upgraded tiles in the master ensuite, the patio door was all scratched up, the patio screen door was missing, the grout in the master ensuite floor tiles was brown from construction crews walking all over it, besides several other such issues. During the PDI, the customer care representative accompanying us did not document all defects and kept putting green tape everywhere instead, which the construction crew promptly removed before we moved in. Also, the upgrades that we paid for lacked the finish that would be expected for something from a reputable builder. Having said that, Ralph (site supervisor), Gajanan and Tristan have worked tirelessly to ensure a better experience. However, I will not recommend Brookfield Residential to any of my friends or acquaintances due to the utter disregard shown by the construction crew towards my house and towards their work while constructing my house.”
